Refund Policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days from receipt of your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn or unused, with tags and in its original packaging. You will also need your receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to ship your package. Items sent without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Problems We encourage you to inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you have received the wrong item, so that we can assess the problem and resolve it.
Exceptions / Non-returnable items Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as perishable goods (e.g. food, flowers, or plants), personalized products (e.g. special orders or personalized items), and personal care products (e.g. beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please contact us if you have any questions or concerns about a specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges The quickest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item in your possession and, once the return is accepted, make a new purchase for the desired product.
14-day withdrawal period for the European Union Notwithstanding the above, if the goods are shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification. As stated above, your item must be in the same condition in which you received it: unworn or unused, with tags and in its original packaging. You will also need your receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds We will notify you once your return is received and inspected and let you know whether or not your refund has been approved. If approved, you will automatically be refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
